SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text-message (SMS) notification program operated by AJN Asset Management, LLC, doing business as 390 FieldOps ("we," "our," or "the platform"), on behalf of the youth sports leagues that use our software. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.

Program name: 390 FieldOps League Notifications

Program operator: AJN Asset Management, LLC

Purpose: Operational notifications about your youth sports league

Message frequency: Varies; typically 2–10 messages per month during the season

Cost: Free from us. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Carriers supported: All major US carriers

1. What you'll receive

When you opt in, we may send you text messages related to your league activity, including:

Game and practice schedules, schedule changes, and weather-related cancellations
Field assignments and last-minute updates
Registration reminders, payment confirmations, and roster changes
League announcements, tournament information, and important notices from your league administrators
Account-related messages, such as confirmations of actions you take in the platform

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

2. How to opt in

You can opt in to text messages in either of two ways:

Directly on 390fieldops.com: When you register on the platform or update your account, you will see a clearly labeled checkbox asking whether you consent to receive text messages. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You must affirmatively check it to opt in.
Through SportsEngine: If your league uses SportsEngine for registration, you may opt in through SportsEngine's registration forms, which include similar consent language. Your communication preferences from SportsEngine are passed to us for use within the platform.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for a league, signing up your child to play, or using the platform. You can use the platform fully without opting in to SMS.

3. How to opt out

You can opt out of the text-message program at any time. To stop receiving messages:

Reply STOP to any text message we send you. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts. The following keywords also opt you out: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
Update your communication preferences in your 390 FieldOps account.
If you registered through SportsEngine, update your communication preferences in your SportsEngine account.
Contact us at support@390fieldops.com.

After you opt out, you will not receive further text messages from this program unless you opt in again.

4. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message and you will receive a message containing our contact information and instructions on how to opt out. You can also contact us directly at support@390fieldops.com for any questions about the program.

Examples of messages you may receive when opted in:

390 FieldOps: Your 10U Cubs game on Sat 4/12 has moved to 11:00 AM CT, Field 7. View schedule: https://390fieldops.com/s/abc123. Reply STOP to opt out.

390 FieldOps: Tonight's 6U practice is CANCELED due to weather. Coach will reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.

390 FieldOps: Registration for Fall 2026 is now open at https://390fieldops.com/register. Reply STOP to opt out.

6. Carrier and delivery disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your league's activity and the time of the season. We use a third-party carrier and aggregator (Twilio, Inc.) to deliver text messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on your carrier and your device, and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for charges your carrier may apply to incoming messages.

7. Phone number changes

If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, please update your account so we do not send messages intended for you to a number that has been reassigned to someone else. Failing to update your number may result in another person receiving your league notifications, which is your responsibility to prevent.

8. Privacy

Information you provide to enroll in this program, including your mobile phone number, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are used only to operate this notification program and are shared only with our SMS delivery vendor (Twilio, Inc.) for the purpose of delivering messages you have requested.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you by email or text before the changes take effect.
